We call this one "Gin Soaked Herring under a Fir Coat" and it's inspired by my favorite Russian dish, Herring under a fur coat (or Shuba), which is a traditional Russian layered salad. 

It's cute and perfect, and the fish have a shimmer on them and it smells like a drunk forest. <3
