IN-STORE RETURNS

Items purchased in-store can be returned in their original condition (tags on) within 7 days of purchase for in-store credit or an exchange.

ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay. Online purchases can be returned as long as items are unworn, unaltered, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

• Return window: Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
• How to initiate a return: Email littlekish.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return/exchange. 
• Return shipping: A flat rate of $8 applies.
• Final sale items: Items purchased at a discount, jewelry, undergarments, candles, fragrance, socks, and all accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please make sure your items are in their original condition before sending them back. Items returned worn or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee.

Looking to make an exchange?

For online exchanges, we’ll process your return & release the exchange items once the original items are received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance coverage for exchanges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Some things are just meant to be yours! All apothecary products, jewelry, undergarments, and sale items are final sale and aren’t eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

We do our best to get your goodies out the door quickly! Please allow 3 business days for your order to ship.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination.
