In Store Policy

Items may be returned for a full refund to original payment within 7 days of purchase date. Items returned within 14 days of purchase date will receive store credit. Please note that consignment items, undergarments, socks, shoes, candles, skin care, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Web policy

We want you to love your purchase and are happy to help in anyway we can! We are available to answer questions or send more photos or measurements by phone or email.
If it doesn't work for some reason, we are happy to assist you in returning any item eligible for a return.

All eligible items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging. Items purchased with discount codes are currently eligible for returns in the form of your original payment method. 
Your item is eligible for return within 7 days of your order's delivery date, otherwise your order is final sale.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your  package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Consignment items, jewelry, candles, socks, shoes, skin care, undergarments, hats, and nail polish are not eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
